This series of production lines are used to process thin coils of different specifications, suitable for processing cold-rolled sheets, galvanized sheets, color-coated sheets, and stainless steel sheets. After uncoiling, leveling, and shearing, it becomes a flat sheet of the required length.
The production line is mainly composed of a loading trolley, a double top decoiler, a hydraulic shovel head pressing mechanism, a preliminary straightening machine, a fine straightening machine, a shearing machine, a stacking frame, supporting electrical control, and a hydraulic system. Equipped with swing-type intermediate plate, correction device, etc. between. This series of production lines have a very large running speed of 120 meters per minute, and can protect the sheet from being flat and scratch-free; the feeding is driven by a servo motor with high cutting precision; and the double stacking discharge is high and fast.
