Automatic spinning machine is a numerical control forming spinning processing equipment. At the same time, the roller pressure and feed motion are used to make the blank deform locally and obtain the axisymmetric parts. The spinning die is simple and locally deformed. Large parts can be processed with small power and tonnage equipment, which is mostly used for small batch and complex shape parts.

The principle of automatic spinning machine is that when the workpiece rotates at a high speed, a strong external force extrudes the workpiece according to a certain path, and the roller drives the material repeatedly to make it from point to line and from line to surface, thus causing the thermal deformation of the workpiece to form the required shape. Different extrusion pressures are required. Small automatic spinning machines can generate pressure by driving the screw rod with a servo motor, while some large powerful automatic spinning machines need hydraulic pressure to extrude.

1) Formulate and implement electrical safety regulations for electrical equipment, including open furnace door electrical linkage, furnace shell grounding, protection against electric shock, shielding of high-frequency equipment, leakage protection of high-voltage electricity, protection of control cabinet, etc., to ensure the safety of people and equipment. Insulated labor measures and protective equipment shall be taken at the production site.

2) The fuel furnace and controlled atmosphere furnace shall be explosion-proof, including preventing the backfire and flameout of gas and controlled atmosphere, preventing the leakage of gas and controlled atmosphere, preventing the explosion caused by improper operation of the exhaust process of controlled atmosphere furnace, and preventing the accidental ignition and explosion of combustible atmosphere remaining in the furnace after the shutdown of controlled atmosphere furnace and gas furnace. Corresponding control devices shall be set up for this purpose.

3) Prevent scald and burn under high temperature operation, and provide necessary labor protection articles.

4) To prevent the early reporting, handling and use of hazardous materials, as well as direct injury to operators caused by hazardous reaction products of materials, and establish corresponding operation and storage procedures.

5) Prevent direct injury of dust generated by sand blasting and other processes. The equipment shall be sealed and ventilated for dust removal.

6) Reduce the noise in the workshop and take noise elimination and insulation measures.

7) To prevent fire in the workshop, the quenching oil in the workshop should have a cooling oil circulation system, with emergency oil drainage measures and fire prevention measures. The placement of flammable materials, such as hydrogen, acetylene, propylene, butane, etc., and the reliability of transmission pipelines and valves shall meet the requirements.

8) The automatic spinning machine workshop shall meet the requirements of the hot processing workshop, be able to prevent fire, have good ventilation and heating conditions, and maintain appropriate temperature.

9) The lighting in the workshop shall be of sufficient intensity to facilitate the production and operation of workers, so as to reduce operational errors and accidents.
